DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Not currently, our printing partner is located in Australia and we are only able to ship within AU.

Unfortunately the shipping cost is so much higher for anyone ordering outside of Australia so we haven't set ourselves up for international delivery.

Please reach out if this is an issue for you and as our brand grows we can look to partner with international printers.

WHAT'S THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PRINTS IN CM?

The prints come in three different sizes and listed in inches on the product page.

20" x 30" = 50.8cm x 76.2cm

16" x 20" = 40.64cm x 50.8cm

20" x 24" = 50.8cm x 60.96cm

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER?

All prints are made to order & have a production time of 3-4 days + standard shipping times.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?

An e-mail with an order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address that was given when completing the order. If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the order confirmation.

If you checked your spam mail and waited 24 hours and still did not receive the confirmation e-mail, we recommend you to contact us by our contact form , so we will investigate this for you.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT IS PLACED?

We know you need your products fast. As soon as you have placed the order, we're on it! 

Unfortunately, this means we will be unable to make any changes as it is already being processed at our printers (usually within seconds).

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Because all prints are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or refunds unless your product is faulty. Please note that you'll need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
